Pp Charlie Beach Resort- Sha Plus Phi Phi Islands, Phi Phi Islands

I had a great time at the hotel; the rooms were nice with a comfy bed, the staff was amazing, and the location was perfect right on the beach. However, the dining experience could be improved, and the room needed a bit more TLC.

The Phi Phi Charlie Beach Resort is extremely close to the beach and at the heart of the island, offering easy access to all aspects of the island. The rooms are conveniently situated to one of the smaller streets, which was perfect, but their old layout resulted in noise disturbances till at least 02:30 am. The service was friendly overall; however, there were oversights such as forgetting to provide towels and toilet paper to everyone before they sorted it out. The location is fantastic, just 200 meters walking distance from the beach, though in some blocks one might experience disturbance from nightlife sounds. The dining experience, especially the breakfast buffet, was excellent, with even cappuccino impressing guests. Facilities were satisfactory but with a few shortcomings in attention to detail.

The rooms are very average, but who comes to Phi Phi to spend time in their bedroom? The hotel is close to the center, although it can get noisy. If you opt for a beachfront room, you'll be far from everything unless you book ahead, but honestly, not worth the cost at 3000 baht per day.

The hotel had well-equipped and clean rooms but was undergoing construction work next door, which was unexpected. The service was a mixed experience with some pleasant interactions but also reluctance to address issues like non-working WiFi and smoking in the room. The prime location near the beach and shops was a definite highlight, though there were concerns about potential extra charges. Dining offered excellent options with continuous replenishment, and the facilities were top-notch.

The hotel has a superb location in the very center of the island with stunning views of Loh Dalum Bay, offering great access to all the nightly entertainment. The rooms are very basic and small, appearing somewhat rundown like a slum, but the service is attentive and helpful despite being part of a building site. The dining experience is decent with various cultural options, and the facilities are satisfactory with a laundry service and tours assistance available.
